Season opener at the legendary Jarama circuit

GPA RACING kicked off the 2026 Copa Clio España season at the iconic Circuito del Jarama in Madrid with ideal weather conditions throughout the weekend. The team and drivers showcased high performance, consistency, and professional race management from start to finish.

During practice sessions and qualifying, the team and drivers demonstrated a competitive package and strong pace, securing solid grid positions.

David Pouget dominated the weekend, taking both pole positions and winning both races, while Guillermo Pernía impressed by claiming third place in Race 1 after thrilling on-track battles.

At the end of the weekend, GPA RACING leaves Jarama with valuable championship points in the Copa Clio España, a consistent presence at the front, and a highly encouraging performance for the rest of the season.
